RESTORATION
We work year-round to manage invasive species and restore native plant communities to the park. We want the park to be a delightful place for people and wildlife. The work varies from cutting and pulling invasives to planting native shrubs and flowers. Choose the work you like, join when you can! It's fun and important. Days and times vary with the seasons, please join our email list to stay in the know.
MEMBERSHIP / DONATION
We invite you to join the Friends of Foote's Pond Wood (FoFPW), make a donation, or just be added to our email list to receive updates. Annual membership is $20, and larger donations are welcome. Everyone may join our email list and receive updates and invitations, regardless of their membership status. This is a PUBLIC park, for everyone to enjoy.
ATTEND OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS
The Friends of Foote's Pond Wood meet on the second Monday of each month. When it's warm and weather permits we like to meet at the Foote's Pond dock at 6:30 p.m. but if we need to be indoors, we meet via Zoom at 7:00 p.m. When you join our email list, you will receive meeting times, agendas and minutes.
